Cancellation Policy

A. Right of Withdrawal for Goods (e.g., sticker sets)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Nico Rößler, Städtelner Str. 146, 04416 Markkleeberg, email address: widerruf@bee-id.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

B. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services (Hive Pass subscription)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent as soon as the performance of the contract begins.
